Thank you for your purchase, we hope that you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels. attached.

To return your item, please email customer service at info@mummapparel.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you have received your RMA number, place the item in its original or adequately replaced packaging, and mail your package with the purchase order to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and we strongly suggest that you use a trackable method.

*Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and all shipping information prior to finalizing your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for items incorrectly shipped or selected.

After receiving your return and inspecting all conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your company.

Exceptions:

For any defective or damaged products, please email info@mummapparel.com to arrange for product replacement.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, MUMM Apparel reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that MUMM Apparel  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, MUMM Apparel shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
